Return Policy

We hope you'll love your item!  We understand if you want to return your item so we do accept returns in the event your not satisfied with your order within 15 days.

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.  Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 15 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN or ALTERED and with ALL tags attached.

PLEASE NOTE: Return shipping and handling charges are to be paid by buyer. Shoptude does not assume return shipping costs unless there was an error in our part with the transaction. Because we offer sale prices on all items we sell we have a short return policy to keep our items fresh and in season.


Please email sales@shoptude.com for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please include your full name, email address and transaction number. All inquires will be answered within one business day. ALL returns require and RMA number to be accepted as a return. Security tag must still be on the item to qualify for return. Packing slip must be returned with your package in order to process your return as quickly as possible.


Please Note: We suggest selecting an insured and trackable shipping method. This will provide you recourse should something happen to your package in transit. Shoptude cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves. Please keep all tracking details for your records.

PLEASE NOTE: Packages received at SHOPTUDE after 15 days will incur a $10 fee. which will be deducted from your refund or charged to your exchange.

When will my credit card be refunded?

Once your package has been received at SHOPTUDE your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the email address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the return information.

 
Why is your return policy 15 days?
 
We have a 15 day return policy on our items which helps keep our items fresh and in season to resell. This also helps prevent items coming back used and / or have our inventory tied up for long periods by unauthorized (by us) resellers.

Items designated as FINAL SALE are not returnable.

We reserve the right to change our policies at anytime.
